In this video, we see a car driver clearly not paying attention when he / she turned right into an adjoining street, without stopping, and knocking a cyclist over as a result.
However, the almost non-existent reactions of the cyclist also begs the question of whether the cyclist himself may have consumed alcohol before setting off on his bike…
The driver fault:
The driver was clearly at fault here, and didnt even stop before making their right turn into the adjoining road. The low sun should have made the driver take even more precaution when turning, so very careless in my opinion.
The cyclist fault:
The cyclist showed absolutely zero awareness of what was happening. The collision happened at relatively low speed, yet there was no evasive action taken from the cyclist. The cyclist should have been more much aware of what was going on, as this collision could have been prevented if he was. The cyclist’s reactions were so slow, i can honestly say that my pet sloth could have reacted faster!
